It’s amazing how Spring makes us feel better inside – it puts a spring in our step! I feel like I am waking up from hibernation and looking forward to some exciting projects this year.

There are so many new and exciting ways to heal your emotions (including day to day stuff not just the big emotions we have), limiting beliefs, phobia’s, (Gillian McKeith please take note!!), trauma, stress …. the list is endless.

This week Sandra Hillawi helped me to overcome my feelings of loss over my daughter moving to Aberystwyth to start University. It’s quite a traumatic time that requires a period of adjustment when your child moves out of home.

Kim writes: Greetings from Oxfordshire! Yes the move happened and we are thoroughly enjoying country life, in fact it feels like we are on holiday, especially in light of the lovely weather. The only down side to it all was that our cat didn’t turn up for breakfast on the day of the move and is still in Hayes as we speak.

My client is on the phone and is in the process of breaking up with her ‘live in’ boyfriend: she can’t eat, sleep… concentrate at work; she’s worried about being on her own… about the future. The aim of the session is for her to be able to finish a complete meal, so she at least has the energy to deal with the situation.
